During the last fiscal year, Kadrige&rsquo;s revenues represented 30% in France and 70% at the international level. In total, more than 10 new major contracts were won by Kadrige in 2011. &nbsp;</p>

Of particular note is an acceleration of its growth at the international level with sales representing over 54%.<br />

Specifically, six new major customers were acquired by Kadrige following its strategy of the internationalization of its offering initiated in 2010. Kadrige also confirms that it is currently deploying in Europe over 2,000 licenses of its remote detailing software for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.<br />

Karen Zbyszinski will be responsible for defining Kadrige’s strategy and developing the company’s business in the US. She will lead the Kadrige US organization, focusing on major accounts and strategic partnerships in the territory.<br />

Karen Zbyszinski is a seasoned executive bringing over 10 years of experience in the Hi Tech and Pharmaceutical industries. Prior to Kadrige, Karen held senior roles at InfoLogix, Exploria, and most recently was Director of CRM sales at Cegedim.<br />

The opening of a Kadrige subsidiary in United States was a natural move for the company since:<br />

The Advisory Board, chaired by Olivier Cadou, Founder and Chairman of Kadrige, advises the Board of Directors about the strategic policy options and, in particular, about strategic developments in the areas where the company operates. The Advisory Board also advises the Board about the five-year plan which the Executive Committee submits every year, concerning strategic matters such as acquisitions, disinvestments, strategic partnerships, and the execution and follow-up of such issues. In principle, the Advisory Board meets every three months and more if required. The Committee was established through a decision of the Board of Directors in 2011, and will be comprised of 5 members.<br />

Xavier’s has 25 years experience in the healthcare and software industries. He managed the CRM Business Development for Public Sector, Healthcare &#038; Life Sciences for EMEA at Oracle Corporation. In this role, Xavier directed the business development strategy for these sectors. Prior to joining Oracle, he was Director of Life Sciences Product Marketing Europe for Siebel Inc. responsible for strategy, marketing and consulting to the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. Before joining Siebel, Xavier held a number of sales and marketing management roles at Dendrite Inc. and at Cegedim. In addition, Xavier also had sales and management responsibilities at Marion Merrell Dow (Pharmaceutical company acquired by Sanofi).<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Paris, France – 27th June, 2011 – Kadrige (www.kadrige.com), the market leader in e-detailing and multichannel sales solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, today announced the appointment of Xavier Rutyna as the first member of its newly created Advisory Board.</p>
<p>The Advisory Board, chaired by Olivier Cadou, Founder and Chairman of Kadrige, advises the Board of Directors about the strategic policy options and, in particular, about strategic developments in the areas where the company operates. The Advisory Board also advises the Board about the five-year plan which the Executive Committee submits every year, concerning strategic matters such as acquisitions, disinvestments, strategic partnerships, and the execution and follow-up of such issues. In principle, the Advisory Board meets every three months and more if required. The Committee was established through a decision of the Board of Directors in 2011, and will be comprised of 5 members.</p>
<p>Xavier’s has 25 years experience in the healthcare and software industries. He managed the CRM Business Development for Public Sector, Healthcare &#038; Life Sciences for EMEA at Oracle Corporation. In this role, Xavier directed the business development strategy for these sectors. Prior to joining Oracle, he was Director of Life Sciences Product Marketing Europe for Siebel Inc. responsible for strategy, marketing and consulting to the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. Before joining Siebel, Xavier held a number of sales and marketing management roles at Dendrite Inc. and at Cegedim. In addition, Xavier also had sales and management responsibilities at Marion Merrell Dow (Pharmaceutical company acquired by Sanofi).</p>
<p>Xavier is a well-established speaker and has delivered numerous presentations on customer relationship strategies within the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystems.</p>

<p><strong>This new injection of capital (3.3 million Euros)</strong> endorses Kadrige&rsquo;s performance and aims to support the internationalization strategy of its offering.&nbsp; Kadrige also intends <strong>to reinforce its R&amp;D investments </strong>and <strong>expand its sales teams</strong> in order to accelerate the development of its market share in the pharmaceutical industry.
