Kadrige software solutions were originally designed in order to reproduce a remote medical call during which a medical representative would present a sales aid face to face to a health professional. During this face to face call, the health professional is passive and does not look for the information himself; it is the health visitor who is active (promotional action) and who presents the different documents.
To reproduce this promotional action remotely, we had to find a technical solution to enable the medical rep to take control of the health care professional's computer screen to remotely present any document type (text, images, animations, videos, questionnaires, etc.) and interact with him, without prior knowledge of the HCP's computing and networking environment and without any installation on his desktop and which starts instantly.** Kadrige founded this technology solution in 1999 and which is subject to the patent "take control of a display screen" filed in 2000. This patent guarantees Kadrige platform users that no files, not even temporary ones, or even cached ones, are installed on their desktops. For over 10 years, Kadrige has developed SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) applications from this patent, with constant improvements and adaptation to customer demands and facing regulatory constraints and technical challenges, whilst interfacing them in their Information Systems (SFA/CRM/ETMS, Datawarehouse, etc.). Platform for remote promotional activity by Internet and telephone enabling the presentation and remote sharing of documents and interaction between several parties using a web browser.

They fear any changes on their computer because it is their daily working tool which contains sensitive patient data.
